For a pdf of the registration form click here (y español aquí). The forms are the same for both programs and can be dropped off at the Parish Office (3290 Middlefield Rd). A registration fee amounting to $185 (payable via cash, check, or online) will help to defray the costs of the outings, supplies, materials and meals for the youth group events. Although registration is required, we never want money to stand in the way of youth participating, if you need any assistance with the fee, please contact Michael Sternhagen, the Program Coordinator. A $25 and $50 discount will be granted (respectively) for the second and third student registered.
Checks can be made payable to St. Thomas Aquinas Parish, with a memo specifying the name of the student participating. You can also pay the fee online here, only please remember to specify what and who the payement is for in the "special instructions" box (the "fund" category could be "gift to parish").
