Human Concerns: Tuesday, May 17: Movie Premier: Buena Vista Mobile Home Park
Join us at the movies for a very special Buena Vista event! The premiere of the documentary,
Buena Vista Mobile Home Park, shot over the last year by filmmaker Elizabeth Lo (Hotel 22), will be screened at Palo Alto's Aquarius Theater on May 17.
Elizabeth will be there to discuss her film and take questions, followed by an interactive panel discussion with 1 or 2 Buena Vista residents, Dr. Amado Padilla from Stanford University, and local elected officials and City staff. The documentary was funded by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation that is co-sponsoring this event with Silicon Valley @ Home.

About Elizabeth Lo ~ Some of you may have seen her with her film crew darting round shooting this film at last Decembers Posada. She is an award-winning non-fiction filmmaker, whose work has appeared at Sundance and featured in the New York Times. Elizabeth was named one of the "25 New Faces of Independent Film" by Filmmaker Magazine in 2015, and was featured in the 2015 New Directors' Showcase at Cannes Lion.
