We are called to a vision of new hope. In this earthly life, with its grief and pain, its suffering and loss, death marks the limit of our vision, a horizon beyond which we cannot see.
On Wednesday evening, January 9, 2013, we will hold a meeting of persons who have experienced the pain of losing a loved one or of having a loved one hurt through a violent act.
The purpose of this meeting will be to offer support for those who have been touched by violence. If you have had a loved one or friend taken from you or injured by an act of violence, please join us for this time of prayer, support, consolation, and the sharing of your stories. And if anyone would like to bring a friend along, please feel free to do so.
