To establish, publish and maintain clear operational policies and procedures for the use of all parish facilities.
Communicate policies and operational procedures thru manuals or reference sheets and to both update and modify each as circumstances arise. Further to make all usable parish sites available to parishioners in as clean and safe condition as possible.
Working as the Facilities Use ministry, a part of the Facilities Ministry, revise the previous Facility Use Policy Manual and create and maintain new reference sheets for the front desk at the Pastoral Center and each parish site.
1. Parish Facility Use Policy Manual
Regularly update and revise after discussion and input.
This manual would include how to request a reservation for use of any parish facility, along with any current fees and insurance requirements. Additionally, the site requirements toward clean up, with emergency telephone numbers to contact parish staff, along with a report form for reporting damages found or resulting from the use of the site shall be included. Detailed information should be presented in a clear and concise format.
2. Quick Reference Sheet for Front Desk at Pastoral Center
Create and maintain a one-page reference sheet for the Front Dest and part-time receptionist to use in commujnicaating facility use policy. The purpose of this sheet would be to ensure a uniform implementation of parish policies and procedures.
